Olympus DS5000 has PIN lock set and can't remember password

Olympus DS5000 has PIN lock set and can't remember password

1. Get serial # for device
2. Send to support to get unlock code
3. Power On Device
4. At the password screen, Press F1+F3 then ERASE to set to factory setting.
5. Enter the unlock code as provided by support.
