Using a Dictaphone Powermic II and I can't find the Powermic tab in the Tools menu to configure the buttons. How can I fix this?
The most common reasons for this are;
1. The PowerMic has failed or there is an issue with the USB connection and the PC doesn't see it. Try another port on the PC or try a different PowerMic if available.
2. You are using a non-supported version of Dragon with the PowerMic. Not all editions of Dragon support the PowerMic natively such as Dragon Home, Dragon Premium.
