How to run Usage Reports for vScription Voice
To run usage reports from vScription Voice, you must have a manager account. If you don't have one or have forgotten your credentials, please contact us at support@vtexvsi.com.
- Log in to vScription Voice at https://saas1.vscription.com/winscribenet with your manager account credentials
- Click Reports->Custom Reports
- Change the following values;
Report: Status by Department
Department Range: All
Department From-To: Change this if you need to separate departments
Dictation Status: All
Date From-To: Change to the date range you want to run - Click Output to File. This will open a separate window that will display the report. To download, there should be a download button on the page. This will change depending on the browser you are using (Chrome, Edge etc...). The button shown here is from Chrome.
