How to resend dictations from Winscribe Mobile Application
If you run into an issue where there is a dictation on the Winscribe Mobile application showing as sent but it is not in Winscribe, you can easily resend by following these steps;
1. Go to the Sent tab in the Winscribe Mobile app
2. Click the Edit button and tap the dictation(s) you want to resend
3. Click the Re-Send link at the bottom left. You will then get a popup confirming that you want to resend. Tap Re-Send
4. The job will go to the Outbox and upload automatically (Note you don't have to switch to this tab, this is just for display purposes)
