Error when launching Winscribe Client. Hexadecimal error. Client won't launch

When launching Winscribe Client, you get an error ;
"There was an error in Winscribe Client "<". hexadecimal value 0x3C is an invalid attribute character. Line 67, position 61."
(Note: The values and lines and positions could most likely be different)

To resolve this, clear the local user Winscribe user data at C:\ProgramData\Winscribe\Users\ then restart the client. This will rebuild the users data folder.

Additional Info
When I ran into this issue, the computer had reported various disk errors and other applications were crashing as well so it looks like one of the data files got corrupt due to the hardware issue.
