Dragon Medical Crashing On Launch
If after launching DMPE2, it keeps crashing, the first thing to try would be to follow the procedure to restore from a corrupted profile. If you can't get Dragon to launch because it automatically tried to load the profile, you can just move the profile from c:\ProgramData\Nuance\Users to another location. Once you do that, if you are able to launch DMPE2 OK, the profile is the culprit.
What you can do is rename the current folder in the profile to OLD and rename the backup folder to current the restore the profile then try to open.
