If you are running SayIt and the application launches and seems to work find but you can't put it in record mode nor get the microphone wizard to work, check to see if the user has Fast Dictation enabled. If so, disable this and try again.

When using Fast Dictation, there are certain libraries that need to load and this might not be available for all Topics so if this does fix the issue, it's worth discussing with nVoq support.
